HUB PLAYERS SELECTION
OBJECTIVE OF PLAYERS SELECTION
To select relevant players to represent team Zeal Sports in the upcoming Pioneer Badminton League 2017. ONLY HUB MEMBER will be selected and representing the team. HUB Membership must be active before 11TH MARCH 2017.
OBJECTIVE OF THE TEAM
The main objective is to provide a platform for the HUB members to gather valuable experience and exposure in a highly competitive environment. Winning and losing is secondary. We just want to have FUN but members are to be reminder to try the very best inside the court.
SOME INFO ABOUT PIONEER BADMINTON LEAGUE 2017 (SEASON 2)
Pioneer Badminton League 2017 is the badminton league organized by Pioneer Sports Management.

Please take note : All the above date might change depending on how many participating teams.
Other information :
1) All teams to participating which will divided to groups of 4 teams each.
2) On 11th and 12th March 2017, each team are required to finish all the round robin matches.ah Parade
3) Then ALL TEAMS will be draw into knock stage and will be play on 18/03/2017.
Concord Area
The competition format as listed below :
1) Mixed Double Open
2) Men Double Open
3) Men Double (combine age of 70)
Current, former state players and above are NOT ALLOW to take part in this league.

PLAYERS SELECTION PROCEDURE
The players selection will be done as follow :
Date : 18th February 2017 (Saturday)
Time : 6.30PM
6.450PM (Briefing. Players are strongly advise to attend this briefing)
7.00PM (Selection KICK OFF)

PLEASE TAKE NOTE
The basement parking is fix RM2 rate. Please get a chop from the counter or else the rate will be must more expensive. Alternative you could park your car right in front of the main entrance of the building. It is FREE.
Go there using :
MATCH PLAY
Round robin game play. Each tie only 1 match 15pts system with no deuce. Change end on 8pts. Each break of 30 seconds.
NOTE :
:- might change withour prior notice and will be announce before the start of the selection
:- the tournament committee will have the right to do the draw lot or seeded if required
TABLE POINT SYSTEM
The pairing who score the most WIN will be the winner. Tie break will be the different between point won and lose.
INJURY TIME
2 injury time of 2 mins will be given for each match to each team.
PENALTY
A grace period of 2 mins will be given to the team who is late right after the announcement is make by the umpire of the match. Once the grace period is over, the team will be consider disqualify.

2) MEN DOUBLE OPEN
3) MEN DOUBLE (COMBINE AGE 70)
FINAL SELECTION
The final selection on how each pairing will be selected also will be announce before the start of the selection which will be determine and heavily depending on how many pairing registered for the selection. Zeal Sports are looking for enough pairing to form 5 teams.
HOW YOU CAN REGISTER
1) Refer to your SEOs in order to register yourself into the players selection.
2) You will need to find your own partner. Refer to your SEOs, we will select a partner for you but we do not gurantee the partnership compatibility.
3) A PENALTY of RM40 EACH PLAYER will be impose for any cancellation or absent after 14th February 2017 or during the selection. Replacement are
allow.
4) Registration fee will be determine after the registration is close. Collection will be done on the day of the selection. We are looking at maximum of
RM20-RM25. PLEASE TAKE NOTE : This fee are solely for the SELECTION only. If players qualified, another fee will be apply for the Pioneer Badminton
League itself.
